Dean Jacob's Sicilian Blend Bread Dipping Seasoning infuses olive oil with the bold traditional flavors of garlic, onion, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Mix 1 teaspoon of the dry seasoning with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and allow the flavors to blend for a few minutes before serving with fresh slices of Italian or French bread. A wonderful starter for a traditional Italian meal. Makes approximately 25 servings.

These seasonings (other flavors: Tuscany & Rosa Maria) there is also a Parmasan blend, but the first 3 are my personal favorites, are absolutely DELICIOUS!!! They are also very versatile, you can have them with olive oil for bread dipping or better yet, use them to cook chicken, ground turkey burgers, fish, just about anything you can think of. I've tried a few other seasonings at the supermarket but they are waste of money, you get a lot more seasoning and a TON more delicious flavor with the Dean Jacob's seasoning collection.

I have been including Deam Jacobs bread dipping seasoning in gift baskets for years. My friends and family beg for them! Our favorites are the parmesian and sicilian blends and we not only use them with olive oil, but on salads, pasta and as a marinade for chicken, fish etc.
I keep well stocked and give them to friends who come to dinner when they inquire. A great plus in the kitchen.
