I've just finished my first bottle. It's a 4/5, great value, pure simple extra virgin goodness. Not earthy, a bit on the young side.

I am a Cooks Illustrated fan and don't hesitate to try what they recommend. Once again, they were right on target. This olive oil is wonderfully light on the tongue with complex flavor. It has made a significant difference in the dishes that I prepare where olive oil plays a vital part. Great for drizzling, too. I shall certainly purchase again....and again.

This is a high quality olive oil that you can use for dipping bread or using on your salad. It has a nice rich somewhat nutty flavor. I was a little disappointed to find it at my local Lunardi's store in Los Gatos, Ca for $19.99.

Best deal around if you know about your high quality olive oils from Italy. Flavor is long and smooth and goes amazing with a little crusty bread out of the oven. This is the best price I've seen and Amazon.com did a great job finding the deal. I have bought 3 bottles already this month!
